Where does the data come from?
ZipSignal Permit Intelligence is market-aware, with Pittsburgh as the first live market. Pittsburgh permit data is sourced from public datasets made available through WPRDC and organized into a daily briefing.
When are emails sent?
The service is designed to send a daily briefing using the prior permit window. Example briefings are shown as arriving at 6:00 AM.
Can I choose which permits I see?
Yes. You can set trade filters, minimum project value, and property-type preferences from checkout or later from your account page.
How do I manage billing or cancel?
Open the Stripe billing portal from your account page. Billing changes and cancellation are handled there.
How do I access my account?
