Information we collect
We collect the email address you use to subscribe, the billing details managed through Stripe, any filtering preferences you save, and short-lived sign-in tokens used to protect account access.
How we use information
Subscriber information is used to deliver the daily permit briefing, process billing, protect account access, maintain account settings, and provide support when you contact us.
Third-party services
Stripe is used for checkout and subscription billing. Postmark is used to send email. Google Analytics is used to understand site usage and improve the service. Public permit data is sourced market by market. Pittsburgh is the first live market and uses public permit datasets made available through WPRDC.
Data retention
We retain subscriber and preference data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support billing records, service operations, and customer support.
