ZipSignal Permit Intelligence is a subscription service operated by 6 Anchors, LLC. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
Service description
The service provides daily email briefings based on the permit data for the market attached to your subscription. Pittsburgh is the first live market. Briefings are filtered and ranked using the preferences associated with your subscriber account.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Each subscription covers one market. Pricing is shown during checkout. You can manage payment details or cancel your subscription from the Stripe billing portal.
Account access
Account access is delivered through short-lived email sign-in links. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address tied to your subscription.
Availability
We aim to deliver the service reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uninterrupted email delivery, or the completeness of all public permit records.
